.:Container Retainer:.

Today, I am making my favorite web page which contains everything about my favorite anime. I need to put boxes to make it beautiful. I set everything perfectly within my computer, but then when I am ready to show it to my teacher, what I see was a sporadic boxes which I cannot recognize that I made. Why is it happening? As I know I made it perfectly but why within in the computer room it suddenly  looks ugly..??
Aish..!! What a waste.. I thought it's perfect but then its not.
Then, our teacher thought us how to deal with that problem. He told us about "CONTAINER" just what is that container exactly is...??
then, he discussed. "Containers" are used to retain the position of every divs, boxes, images and everything that you put on your web page. All you need to do is just put the containers code, specify it's width and tadah..!! it's done.. what you specify is what you can see.. but remember, if your containers width is 900 the sizes and spaces of your boxes, divs and images must not exceed to the width of your container. And never forget that containers position are set as Relative and it's width must be in pixels.

.:'CRAPPY C.R.A.P':.

            This week I have learned about the acronym "C.R.A.P"?

whooah.. That's too crappy.. what was that "C.R.A.P"?

"Crap" is an element that makes websites more beautiful.

The big letter "C" on Crap means "CONTRAST".

Good contrast can make sites appear crisp and organized, whereas poor contrast blends it all into an incoherent mass of RGB values. Contrasting elements allow for the user to figure out which page areas are related and which are totally separate.

And the big letter "R" means "REPETITION".

Repeating the colors of such menus that have different functions would be too

confusing for the readers. Because it has the same color, they may think that those

menus are just the same.

so to eliminate confusions menus that have different functions must have different colors.

That's how repetitions work.

The next big letter is the "A".

"A" means "ALIGNMENT".

Everything on the page needs to be visually connected to something else, nothing should be out of place or distinct from all other design elements.

The last is letter "P" which is "PROXIMITY".

Proximity creates related meaning: elements that are related should be grouped together, whereas separate design elements should have enough space in between to communicate they are different.

        That's the use of the "C.R.A.P" which I think was too CRAPPY at first

but as I learned about it.

I think it's now CRAPPILICIOUS to FOLLOW. :)

.:Prettiholic Div And Span:.

This week I have learned so many things about working on my site.

I have learned how to make it prettier and I have learned how to make it
the best of all the best.

Today July 8,2011, I have learned about the "DIV" and the "SPAN"

"DIV" is a kind of block element which is use to make the content of the page more attractive. With the use of "DIV" you can change the style, color, weight and size of your text. It is use according to the design you wanna use on your web page. The next is the "SPAN". It is an inline element which can be put at different parts of the body of your document. Since it is an inline element, by the use of it you can make words, sentences and phrases more catchy to the readers because "SPAN" element is use to change the color, size, font and weight of a certain word, phrase or sentence. With the use of span, important details would be seen easily.

There are so many elements use to make web pages more attractive.

Span and Div are just one of them. But even though those two are only basic, it can still make your page more "PRETTIHOLIC"

.:Heaven or Hell.:

(THIS IS A TRUE TO LIFE STORY)

Once, there was a girl named Sarah, she's a girl that has a deep faith in God.
Every night she's dreaming about God saying "be prepared coz there comes the time that I would use you." Everyday she's getting panic because she think that when the time comes she would suddenly die.

Then, the day comes. God told her "tomorrow when you woke up be prepared, that's the right time." But before that happen God comes to the dream of Sarah's mother saying "after 24 hours Sarah would die, don't ever try to embalm her. Then, when Sarah woke up, she fell down and die. Her mother picked up her body and lay it on a bed. Then, Sarah woke up suddenly, she's now with God. She asked God: "why am I here?" God replied: "because it is now the right time that I will use you. I have a

mission to you, to tell to all the individuals that there is really a heaven and a hell." Then, God bring Sarah first to the "hell". In there she saw "Pope John Paul II". She was very shocked because when she saw the Pope it's whole body is almost burned and there is worm throughout it's hands. Then, she asked God "why is he here? God says "maybe he's a Pope but not a good Pope coz the money that is for the church goes directly into his pocket. He used those money for his own necessities. Next, Sarah saw "Michael Jackson" she says it looks very nasty but she's now use of seeing things like that. She asked again why Michael Jackson was there?" God acknowledge "because his songs was against the Lord and his dancing was too randy."
Lastly, Sarah saw an eight year-old boy. She got pity on it, because the boy was too young to experience the brutality of hell. Then God replied "because before he died, her mother is commanding him but he didn't follow it instead he just run, when he run, his mother followed him and then suddenly he bumped into a car that lead him to death. After that, Sarah cried, she's really pitiful to the persons she saw in the hell.


Then, God bring her to heaven. In there she saw only three persons. God The Father, St. Peter, and God the Son. There is nothing on heaven except them. Then, God say " I will now return you to your family. The things I let you see will be your mission, let others know about it and let them change." But Sarah said: "I don't want  to return to the Earth anymore, I want it here. But God didn't let her, she still returned Sarah to Earth.

When she returned to the Earth, her mother was grateful because she's still alive. They were all shocked because before 24 hours, Sarah was really dead and not even breathing. Then, her mother showed her the picture that will proof that she's telling the truth. Sarah believed what her mom is telling to her. And then, she tell what really happened to her. She tell everything about the hell and heaven.

After that event, she became a preacher and tell the news to everyone...

.:My Best Friend:.

As I wake up in the morning, the first thing I would do is to look at my best friend.  My best friend is always by my side. Wherever I go, she’s always there.  My best friend is my companion. Whenever I’m happy she’s also happy, whenever I cry, she also cries.  My best friend is more than a friend; I always treated her as my sister.  Whatever I do, she always does. But there is always been one thing I hated most about her.  She’s always been my copy cat.  I look exactly like her, the nose, the eyes, the hair and even my attitude.  I always hated someone who acts like me; it feels like getting your own originality.  But even though I hate her being my copy cat, I thank her for copying everything I did. Because in that thing she makes me realize that I am not a perfect person.  She opened up my mind to the things that I am doing wrong, she also showed me the things that a person must do as a follower of God.  And she makes me realize also that it is myself who can love myself perfectly because the only person who knows me perfectly is just myself.

I really thank God for giving me such best friend.  But it’s always been a bad thing, ‘coz when I say “thank you” to my best friend, she didn’t replied “you’re welcome”.  When I tell her “I love you” she didn’t replied “I love you too”.  And when I hug her, she didn’t even hug me.  My best friend makes me realize another thing, that I cannot thank myself for doing such a good job.  I cannot even say I love you to myself and I cannot even hug myself.  And the worst of all I cannot even know if my best friend loves me or not, because my best friend was nothing but just my mirror.

.:In God there Is No Word Such As Impossible.:

                In our daily living here on Earth, we feel sadness and pain.  And because of that, we just wanted to be alone, coz we think nobody would care about us.  Sometimes, we lose hope and just wanted to die because we don’t want to feel that pain anymore.  But with that sadness and pain, there would always be someone who would care about us.  And that is nobody but God.

                       Everything on Earth was created by God.  The trees, animals, oceans, stars and even you were created by God.  When were with our friends, relatives and family were happy. Those persons were also created by God.  He created friends for us to have companions in our daily lives.  He also created friends for us to have the shoulders to cry on and for us to have the ears who would listen to the problems we cannot say to our parents.  God also created relatives for us to have the advisers.  Relatives are the best advisers because they have almost all the experiences in life.  Every tears were carrying, every problems we felt they experience almost all of that; they know exactly how to deal with it. And lastly, God created family.  He created family for us to have the guidance on what is the true meaning of life.  He also created family for us to develop the strength and to open up or mind on the things that would happen to us on future.  Family is the first person who could help us on our problems, because other than them, there is nobody who knows what our real personality is.   God created those persons because he didn’t want to see us crying.  He created those persons for us to feel that we belong and for us to lessen the pains that were carrying in our hearts.

                God always care about us.  Don’t lose hope and think of killing yourself because you can’t take any problems anymore.  God will always make a way to help you in your problem.  In God there are no impossible things.  He would always make a miracle for all His creations like you.

.:I MY ME MINE.: 

I Jerlyn Penaflor  Paguio.  I am 14 years old and my birthday is on August 27. My parents

are Jeric R. Paguio and Eva P. Paguio. I have three siblings two girls and one boy which is the oldest.

I live in Dinalupihan, Bataan Philippines.

I am now a junior student in Saint John Academy. My section is St. Mary Magdalene which

is supervising by Mrs. Marivic Mendoza.  During my school days, I met a lot of friends, and from them I met

my two best friends.   Kacy and Marella.  They were really are an angel from heaven, they always comfort me, make me happy and love me. My best friends called me ”DADZ” because I love Wang Da Dong, we actually have a group and that is D.A.Y, I am the “D”, Marella is the “A” which is ABZ and Y is Kacy which is YOWH.

When I was in elementary, I always get an award. I am always joining academic competitions and won on it. But now, I am not active anymore, I didn’t get awards nor joining competitions.   But I didn’t get hurt about it.  Coz for me as long as you enjoy your life, you can do better. I hate studying so much, for me for as long as you do your best, you are still great. What if you’re not in the top?  That’s not the way you base yourself as intelligent.  Studying while enjoying that’s what life is.

My hobbies are watching movies, animes, and Korean shows.  I hate dramas, they were very overacting. I also love surfing the net. I love networking sites such as facebook were in I can add my friends and chat with them.  I love eating, my favorite food is hotdog.  I eat a lot of it when it’s our side dish.  But it’s really a bad thing, even though I love eating, I didn’t gain weight at all.  I also love sleeping coz whenever I sleep, the dreams I wanna dream about came true in my beautiful nightmares. But how pity of me that’s was just a dream.  I am also a fun of music. I love Korean songs, Japanese, Taiwan and even American. My favorite boy band in korea is DBSK and in Taiwan is Fahrenheit. My favorite singer is Jiro Wang coz he’s not just cute and handsome but also very talented. I really get attracted on him. I hate genius jobs such as reading and writing, I am too lazy to do that. Haha!

My motto in life is “the greatest thing in life is experiencing happiness. “  So to everybody live your life laughing as if you were just playing.
